A Typical Day The Mortgage Acquisition Portfolio Specialist is critical for the seamless, accurate, and compliant transfer of all mortgage loan data into the organization’s servicing platform. This team is the primary steward of data integrity during a portfolio transfer, ensuring the financial, compliance, and servicing continuity of newly acquired loans.
