Residential New Construction Field SupervisorLocation: Traverse CityPay: $70,000+ per year (based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a Residential New Construction (RNC) Field Supervisor to lead and grow our RNC division in a new market. This role requires a highly self-motivated leader who can manage projects from start to finish, oversee installation crews, and serve as the primary field liaison between builders, installers, and the home office.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and takes ownership of results.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all residential new construction HVAC projects in the assigned marketManage, schedule, and lead installation crews to ensure quality and efficiencyCoordinate closely with the home office on scheduling, materials, job progress, and reportingCommunicate professionally with builders, superintendents, and customers to maintain strong relationshipsEnsure installations meet company standards, code requirements, and job specificationsPerform jobsite visits, inspections, and quality control checksProactively identify and resolve jobsite issues, delays, or conflictsMaintain project timelines and help drive production goalsUphold safety standards and enforce best practices in the fieldQualificationsHVAC field experience required (residential new construction experience strongly preferred)Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing installers or crewsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication skills with both field teams and office staffAbility to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $70,000+, based on experience401K Matching as well as Health, Dental, Vision BenefitsOpportunity to build and lead a new market with strong company supportLong-term growth and leadership advancement opportunitiesStable, growing company with a team-oriented culturePosition is contingent on satisfactory results of background check, drug screen, physical, and motor vehicle record.
