Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - $28/hr Per Diem - day to day staffing

LPN'S NEEDED ASAP FOR DAILY/PER DIEM NEEDS

Location: Pittsburgh PA Shifts: All 8hrs/shifts Per Diem All shifts Number of needs: 6+ Pay rate - $28/hr

Requirements:

• Current resume
• LPN-PA license (in good standing)
• Sub-Acute/SNF/Long-Term Care experience (1+ year)
• Current BLS/CPR
• 2 current references (RN-managers)
• Step PPD (within the last 12 months)
• Current physical (within the last 12 months)
• Vaccination record: MMR, Varicella, Hep B
• Must be able to pass criminal clearance check/background check
• Must be able to pass urine drug screen
