Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique history and develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to the cultural and individual needs of your clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing varied mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing appropriate techniques and resources.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, possible treatment options, and available community resources to enhance awareness and access.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case notes in a compliant manner, following legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
