Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain effective communication with management
• Support and organize community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers, community members, and clients
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate promotional services effectively
• Develop and implement community-based marketing and communication strategies
• Establish positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, and public-interest groups
• Support and coach client representatives on effective communication and customer engagement
• Assist with developing public relations and promotional strategies that strengthen brand awareness and engagement
• Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image
• Work with the Operations Director to identify trends and evaluate campaign performance
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve marketing and public relations initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in community relations, sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
