Position Summary

We're seeking an energetic, outgoing, results-driven Marketing, Enrollment & Center Operations Coordinator to help develop our center through local marketing,

community engagement, student enrollment, and outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, creating engaging marketing content, and delivering an exceptional experience for families. You'll play a key role in increasing awareness of Mathnasium throughout the community while ensuring our center operates smoothly each day. This is a dynamic role, and responsibilities may evolve as the center grows to meet business needs.

What You'll Accomplish

You'll help us:

• Increase student enrollment through marketing and community outreach
• Build strong relationships with schools, PTAs, local businesses, and community organizations
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every family who contacts or visits our center
• Grow our social media presence and online reputation
• Support efficient day-to-day center operations

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase student enrollment.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging graphics, flyers, videos, and promotional content.
• Build partnerships with schools, PTAs/PTOs, libraries, HOAs, and local businesses.
• Coordinate community events, school programs, STEM nights, and open houses.
• Represent Mathnasium at local networking and community events.
• Request and manage Google Reviews.
• Track marketing activities and recommend ideas to improve enrollment.

Enrollment & Family Relations

• Welcome prospective and current families with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Schedule student assessments.
• Follow up with prospective families and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Assist with student enrollment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate student records and communication.

Center Operations

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming center environment.
• Support daily administrative and front desk operations.
• Coordinate schedules and assist instructors as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and center organization.
• Support the Center Director with daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and relationship-focused
• Passionate about helping children and families
• Comfortable talking with parents and asking for enrollments
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Creative with marketing ideas and social media
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Education Required

• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Education,
• Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the center for extended periods.
• Ability to sit, use a computer, and perform administrative tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move materials, office supplies, marketing materials, and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb a step stool when organizing supplies or setting up displays and events.
• Ability to set up and take down tables, chairs, banners, and other materials for community events, marketing activities, and center functions.

Preferred Experience

We're looking for someone with experience building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with backgrounds in marketing, enrollment, sales,

education, childcare, hospitality, healthcare, retail management, or other community-focused or customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to help our center grow while making a positive impact on students and families.

Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys connecting with families and the community. They are organized, creative, and comfortable using technology to support marketing and daily operations. Experience with social media marketing, Canva, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, event planning, and community outreach is highly valued. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and is excited to contribute to the growth and success of our center.

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Reliable transportation is required for attending community events, school visits, and local marketing activities.

Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.

Employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, where permitted by law.

Schedule

• Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
• Afternoon and evening availability
• Saturdays and Sunday required
