Plant Operator

Job Details Location: Taylor Frac Taylor WI, Taylor, WI 54659 Position Type: Full Time Travel: None Shift: Any The position will be cross‑trained in and responsible for operating mobile equipment, plant equipment, and working in the wash and dry plant running the PLC board while maintaining a clean workplace. The employee will be expected to operate all equipment in a safe manner. Basic mechanical skills are required for maintenance of equipment and assistance with overall plant maintenance. Each employee is responsible for ethical and professional behavior in conjunction with their job and day-to-day operations. This position does not have direct supervision over other individuals, although they may mentor and assist trainees and interns. Responsibilities Operate all equipment associated with job tasks (loader skid steers, material handler, haul truck, etc.) Knowledge and execution of startup/shutdown procedures Assist the maintenance department in maintaining the plant Perform general labor as needed Receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection Provide and receive suggestions for job and plant improvement Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent Certifications & Licenses: None required Experience: 2+ years preferred but will train Specific knowledge, skills & abilities: Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance Must pass a toxicity test Willing to further training or education if requested Willing to provide suggestions for improvement Able and willing to work extended schedules, overtime, weekends, and call-ins as necessary Work Environment Plant Travel Requirements No travel required #J-18808-Ljbffr Mammoth Energy
