Position Overview As an Overnight Registered Veterinary Technician , you will support hospital operations by providing quality veterinary care and exceptional service to our patients and clients. Responsibilities include determining animal requirements, conducting examinations and diagnostic procedures, assisting during surgery, nursing care, feeding, maintaining supplies, overseeing triage and discharge, and keeping medical records. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on emergency care including triage, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, anesthesia monitoring, and more. Assist veterinarians in critical cases and surgical procedures. Monitor hospitalized patients with attention to detail and compassion. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and patient updates. Support a collaborative team environment while maintaining the highest standard of patient care. Qualifications (Required) Must be a credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT). Prior emergency or specialty experience strongly preferred. Comfortable in high‑pressure situations with excellent problem‑solving skills. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
