*$20,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced IR Tech (minimum 6 months' professional IR experience)!

$12,500 sign-on bonus available for new-grad IR Tech!

Bonus eligibility limited to candidates not currently employed by HCA HealthONE.

*Position will have flexible hours, with a typical schedule combination of 4, 10 hour shifts and 5, 8 hour shifts. One night and one weekend a month call requirement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all vascular and interventional radiology procedures.

· Communicates and works independently in performing all procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood.

· Prioritizes, provides, and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Swedish Medical Center.

· Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations consistent with JCAHO regulations and standards.

· Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees.

· Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Current ARRT (RT) (R). (VI) or (CV) certification strongly preferred. Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC. Advanced ARRT Credentials preferred.
• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology. 
• One year diagnostic experience required (ARRT).
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred. 
• Solid to expert knowledge of all Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Demonstrates good organizational skills.
• Provides safe and appropriate patient care.
• Displays appropriate judgment and problem-solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers. 

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
