Production Administrative Assistant

Production Administrative Assistant Location: Charleston, SC Responsibilities Provide administrative support for timekeeping Create weekly job packs Create and close purchase orders Ensure office equipment is in working order, including scheduling maintenance Deliver great customer experiences and service to maintain our reputation Set and confirm install dates Mail customer information packets Follow up with customers on a variety of issues Update customer records for accuracy Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the production department Answer customer calls, schedule and confirm installations, and follow up with customers on a variety of issues Coordinate all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence within systems regarding all sold job proposals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completion per company procedures Work to ensure crews have what they need to be successful at installations, including job details, coordination of utility locations, and preparation of any special needs of an installation Provide tactical support to the production department Provide customers with an excellent and memorable experience Foster a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust and respect Adhere to and promote company workplace policies and procedures, including safety and anti‑bullying, harassment, violence or discrimination policies Act with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and respect Uphold the company’s positive image and reputation in the community Facilitate a healthy, safe, and productive workplace that promotes dignity, mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation Implement and follow instructions and direction of management May be required to assume other tasks or responsibilities not detailed on this list, which may be requested from time to time at the company’s discretion Qualifications High School Degree/GED 1‑2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred Previous call center or customer service experience preferred Must be positive and motivated with excellent communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy Excellent computer skills Great oral and verbal communication Working Conditions Requires the ability to read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens Full‑time position Onsite This position is part of a reputable and growing company that values teamwork, respect, and integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
