Base Range $43.00 - $68.00 Essential Functions and Primary Duties Tax Compliance Assist in the preparation and review of complex individual and family tax returns for high-net-worth clients. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tax filings. Tax Planning Support Contribute to the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. Assist in researching and analyzing tax issues to provide recommendations for clients. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and communicate their impact to the team and clients. Client Interaction Build and maintain positive relationships with high-net-worth clients. Respond to client inquiries as well as to notices from various tax authorities and provide support on related matters. Assist in client meetings and presentations as needed. Research and Analysis Conduct tax research to stay informed about new regulations and industry developments. Analyze financial data and documents to identify tax planning opportunities and potential issues. Present findings to senior team members and clients. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with other tax professionals and departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide support to tax managers and directors as needed. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth clients. Previous experience in public accounting or a similar tax-related role is beneficial. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Must be able to travel based on client and business needs About Us CBIZ, Inc.
