Team, structure, and daily impact Reporting to a Laboratory Director and partnering closely with Pathologists, the Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientist will: Perform and validate complex testing across multiple disciplines. Guide quality from pre‑analytic to post‑analytic phases. Support proficiency testing and mentor colleagues in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Transfusion Services. Collaborate with nurses and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and operational support.
