Job Description Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Home Health Location: Loveland, CO Employment Type: Full-Time Work Environment: Onsite, Home Health Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call Requirement: Yes Mileage Reimbursement: Yes Coverage Area: East of I-25, south of Highway 66 (Southeast quadrant) Compensation Estimated Annual Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 The compensation reflected is an estimate of annual earnings for full-time status. This role is compensated on a per-visit basis, providing opportunity for increased earnings based on visit volume. Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a home health team serving patients in the Loveland, CO area. This position is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering individualized, high-quality care in the home setting. The LPN/LVN will work independently in the field while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
