As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients while adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols. *Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):* * Perform routine nursing tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures * Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team * Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans * Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Athenahealth * Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures * Administer injections and medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider * Assist with wound care, including suture removal and dressing changes * Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations *Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):* * Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license * 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a healthcare setting * CPR certification (Basic Life Support) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday between 10a-4p!* *We want to hear from you!
