Project Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 100k/year - Seattle, WA

• Our client, a stable, growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Project Sales Representative to support the Seattle market. This position focuses on commercial HVAC and mechanical project sales, including repairs, replacements, retrofits, modifications, and system upgrades. The Project Sales Representative will manage inbound project opportunities while developing customer relationships and generating new business with facility owners, maintenance managers, facility managers, engineers, and other commercial building stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities and develop new business within the assigned territory
• Evaluate HVAC and mechanical systems and components to identify repair, replacement, retrofit, modification, and upgrade opportunities
• Develop project scopes, system solutions, cost estimates, and formal project proposals
• Sell HVAC and mechanical projects using consultative, solution-based, and value-based sales approaches
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility owners, facility managers, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers
• Communicate the technical and financial value of proposed HVAC and mechanical solutions to customers
• Serve as the liaison between customers and project management throughout the project development and handoff process
• Support project design, scope development, estimating, proposal development, and sales activities
• Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales pipeline information within CRM systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales OR HVAC field experience with strong technical proficiency
• Commercial HVAC or mechanical systems experience
• Experience evaluating HVAC or mechanical systems, equipment, repairs, replacements, retrofits, modifications, or upgrades
• For sales candidates, experience selling HVAC or mechanical solutions based on project scope, technical solution, and customer value rather than primarily price-driven bidding

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 80k - 100k/year range and commission program. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, $800/month vehicle allowance, and much more.
