Location: Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, Days (0500-1700), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation

Highlights:

• Critical Access facility with combined ER and Med-Surg responsibilities
• Average inpatient census of 3-5 patients with collaborative team approach to patient care
• Cerner EMR system in use
• Flexible patient assignment model that allows nurses to leverage their strengths in ER or Med-Surg
• Crisis nurse on-call support available every shift for additional assistance as needed
• Casual dress code with any color scrubs permitted

Requirements:

• Active RN license with demonstrated experience in both Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications through the American Heart Association (required at time of submission)
• TNCC certification required
• ER and Med-Surg experience must be clearly listed on work history at time of application
• All certifications must be active and current; pending certifications cannot be accepted
