Join our healthcare partner as a Lead Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery unit. In this role, you‘ll leverage your extensive experience and leadership skills to provide exceptional care and guidance to both patients and staff. Your expertise in advanced fetal monitoring and your ability to lead a team will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Lead and supervise the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain compliance with all relevant certifications and standards
• Need 5+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Certifications required: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within the last 2 years
