We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area and our Member Service Representatives are the front line to our members. Essential Functions: Provide personal service to members; greeting them by name, resolving all their needs in one visit, and thanking them for their business. Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions including but not limited to: loan payments, deposits, withdrawls, and check cashing. Ability to work in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time. Has a keen eye for detail to ensure correct daily balancing, opening and closing procedures are followed, and accurate member transactions are completed. Has at least six months of financial industry or related experience. Excellent, professional service is your passion.
