Director, Global Program Management

Role:
The Global Program Manager (GPM), Director leads cross-functional program management for Pfizer assets, overseeing strategy execution from pre-clinical to lifecycle management. Primary objectives include aligning research, development, medical, and commercial teams to deliver on operational, strategic, and financial goals effectively. Responsibilities encompass developing integrated program plans, managing budgets, timelines, and risks, and applying AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and execution quality. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with at least 7 years
- mastery in drug development, program management, and strategic planning
- proficiency in AI technologies
- experience in cross-functional leadership within biopharma
High-Value:
Involvement in multi-indication assets, spanning preclinical to late-stage development, with emphasis on integrated planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
