Advanced Practice Clinician

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dedicated Internal Medicine practice. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive, longitudinal care for a panel of patients, including examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and care plan supervision. Managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatment regimens, and coordinating with specialists. Partnering with patients and families to ensure effective care management. Offering consultation for hospitalized patients within the panel. Providing direction and support to staff to ensure departmental efficiency. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Masters preferred). Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. National Board Certification. Active or ability to obtain Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration and DEA licensure. Maintains BLS certification and relevant professional credentials. Preferred 2+ years of APC experience. Compensation: Range from $107,723.20 to $193,315.20, including base pay and bonuses, based on experience and performance.
