About the job Travel Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and personalized travel planning. This role focuses on guiding clients through every step of their journey-from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up-ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and goals
- Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after travel
- Handle changes or issues with care and professionalism
- Build long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Customer service or hospitality background preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online communication
- Manage reservations, changes, and travel inquiries
- Educate clients on travel options, policies, and promotions
- Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-ups
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities
- Sales, service, or travel experience a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the travel industry
