• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience, recent Cath Lab experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Float routinely between Willis Knighton Medical Center, Pierremont, and Bossier City facilities
• Perform multiple functions including circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing in complex cardiac procedures
• Support diagnostic and interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, laser, lithotripsy, and more
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, assess critically ill patients
• Operate and support advanced imaging equipment including Philips systems, IVUS, EKOS, Impella, IABP, and pacemaker wires
• Collaborate with anesthesia and charge RN teams in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain sterile technique and support complex interventional cases

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or valid multi-state license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year recent RN experience, ideally in Cath Lab
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Strong critical thinking, sterile technique, and support skills

About the Assignment:

You will work in a high-acuity cath lab supporting both diagnostic and interventional procedures across multiple facilities. The unit handles complex cases including TAVR, structural heart interventions, and peripheral vascular work. You'll be part of a team providing top-tier patient care in a collaborative environment, with a schedule that includes some overnight and weekend call shifts.
