Location: Jacksonville, FL - Onsite, five days per week

Travel: Occasional travel, approximately 10%

NLP Logix builds AI solutions that solve real business problems. As Senior Client Success Manager, you'll lead relationships with our strategic clients, build executive trust, and connect our work to measurable business value. You'll keep client priorities clear, address risks early, and help retain and grow each partnership.

What You'll Do

• Own client relationship health, stakeholder engagement, and account continuity.
• Understand each client's business goals, priorities, and decision-makers.
• Lead business reviews, executive check-ins, and ongoing client communication.
• Stay close to delivery progress, risks, and commitments; advocate internally when client expectations or trust are at risk.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Delivery Managers, and other teams to resolve issues and keep commitments on track.
• Guide escalations with sound judgment, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
• Connect project outcomes to business value and partner with Sales on renewals, expansion opportunities, and commercial follow-up.
• Strengthen relationships through thoughtful client events and outings.

What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience managing complex relationships with executives and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to understand client priorities and communicate value.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including confidence handling sensitive conversations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple accounts, commitments, and deadlines.
• Emotional intelligence, initiative, and the ability to build trust, collaborate across teams, and remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Experience

• Technology, AI, analytics, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
• Strategic account management, renewal planning, contracts, negotiation, or sales.
• Comfort translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field.
