About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Business Analytics team, which plays a crucial role in the delivery of modern agency services. The successful candidate will be responsible for both external and internal facing activities. Externally, this includes consulting with clients to identify business problems and opportunities, leading consumer segmentation and audience identification, and becoming a trusted advisor on audience strategy and advanced analytics. The role also involves leading the development and execution of measurement plans, distilling complex concepts into data stories, and identifying growth opportunities for clients. Internally, the VP will partner with planning and investment teams, recruit and mentor talent, and stay abreast of industry trends. Applicants must have a university degree and at least 11 years of experience in data and analytics, with a strong background in marketing analytics, data-driven advertising, and integrated marketing. The role requires expertise in 1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, and audience-based marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to translate business solutions into marketing programs. Skills in solution development, problem-solving, and the ability to train and coach colleagues are essential. A background in agency-side media campaign planning is desirable but not mandatory.
