GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington. This rate may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees.What you'll do on a typical day:Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facilityUse hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipmentPerform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting productsVerify orders, label products and use a handheld scannerAdhere to the 7S programMaintain a clean environment at all timesWork in a safe manner that protects you and your team membersWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need to be at least 18 years of ageThe ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculatorAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documentsIt'd be great if you also have 1 year of experience in a warehouse environmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when neededExperience using a handheld scannerPositive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectivesThis job requires the ability to: Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
