About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, working closely with the Leadership Team to develop and drive the company's financial strategy, particularly in preparation for an upcoming IPO. This pivotal role involves overseeing the S-1 filing process, preparing financial statements, and leading financial initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and presenting the company's financial and capital strategy to the Board of Directors, managing relationships with various financial entities, and ensuring that all financial operations adhere to GAAP and standards. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an advanced degree or certification in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA, MS, CPA, or CFA, and at least 15 years' experience in corporate finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in progressive finance roles, including at least 3 years as a company-wide CFO, and a strong background in technology, managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or financial services. Expertise in the IPO/roadshow process, SEC reporting, and financial compliance is essential. The CFO will also be expected to have excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, and to be a hands-on leader with a focus on talent development. The role requires a self-aware, industrious individual who is dedicated to building a great healthcare company and can generate value through collaboration in a vibrant team environment.
