Lighting Controls Field Technician

Responsibilities Configure systems based on intent and sequence of operations per specifications Troubleshoot systems and related lighting components as necessary Warranty, Service Calls, Inside Sales Support Coordinate and perform Training Sessions with End-Users for project completion Manage job-site reporting in coordination with Field Services Scheduler Continuous Improvement and Professional Development Requirements Associate’s degree or Technical College program completion in a related field Lighting Software Experience Microsoft Office Suite Ability to Read and Understand Electrical Plans Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet project deadlines Ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with others Ability to Adapt ‘on-the-fly’ to unexpected changes on projects Lighting Experience preferred Low-voltage, digital, and Network Communication Systems Experience Understanding of wireless protocols (BLE 802.15.1, Zigbee 802.15.4, Wi-Fi 802.11) helpful but not required Willingness to travel as required – training class trips, 2-3 times per year for up to 4 days at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
