Your Role:
- Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, and more.
- Work outdoors, lifting up to 80 pounds.
- Ensure successful daily operations.

- Attendance and punctuality

- Quality control and customer satisfaction
- Crew retention and morale

Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping or a similar field.
- Clean driving history; trailer experience.
- Background check and drug screening readiness.
- Willingness to train and certify if inexperienced.

Compensation:
- Competitive pay: $25.00 based on experience and leadership.
