Full-Time | Physical Therapist

Schedule: 80 hours per pay period

Available Shifts: Flexible

Pay Range: $42.25 - $51.50 per hour (based on experience). Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Physical Therapist, you will help older adults get stronger, move better, and live more independently through physical therapy. You will build personalized treatment plans-not cookie-cutter protocols. -Work across outpatient, home health, and senior living settings

-Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, wellness)

-Mentor PTAs and grow your leadership skills

-Adjust care in real time based on patient progress (because outcomes matter)

Qualifications Required:

-Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota

-Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)

-A patient-first mindset and solid clinical judgment

Preferred Experience:

-Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior living

-PTA supervision experience

-A passion for working with older adults
