As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatientcare with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management,wellness, and building long-term relationships with patients. Physicians aresupported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, allowing you tofocus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthywork-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
  
\n
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  
\n
• Develop individualized care plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
  
\n
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  
\n
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive health, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patient outcomes.
  
\n
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.
  
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  
\n
• Active Florida medical license (or eligible for licensure).
  
\n
• DEA license (or eligible).
  
\n
• Current BLS certification.
  
\n
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
  
\n
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
\n
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for select locations.
  
\n

• Daytime outpatient hours

• Minimal call requirements, depending on practice location
