Resident Advocate & Community Support Specialist

Central City Concern

Central City Concern is seeking a Resident Advocate to greet clients, support residents, and help enforce program rules at the Estate Hotel in Portland, OR. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and trauma-informed care for a diverse population within a union environment. You will interact with clients, provide information, document activities, and participate in mandatory CCC trainings while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
