Each shift is a mix of customer interaction, sales, and safety. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections while confidently answering questions and processing transactions. You will also support range operations by monitoring firearm handling and ensuring a safe, controlled environment for all guests.As a Retail Sales Associate - Range Safety Officer, you will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product options. You'll demonstrate products, answer questions, process sales and returns, and handle firearm transfer documentation. On the range, you'll ensure safety by observing firearm handling and assisting customers.
