You will contribute to the overall success of your store's business and uphold CALVIN KLEIN's brand standards and visuals. As a Store Manager you will lead the effort to exceed expectations, provide exceptional service and display passion for our brand. You are responsible for conducting strategic business analysis, leading a team with a focus on delivering top-line sales results and managing controllable expenses. Store Managers own the recruitment, talent development, and performance management of their store team in partnership with the Assistant/Associate Managers.What You'll DoCustomer Experience Leader: Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome. Leads inventory control and RFID when applicable. Directs payroll & scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets.
