ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in software development. I graduated from Polytechnic University of New York and enjoy spending my free time with my family fishing, boating, and jet skiing. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I'm an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses that make our community great. Our agency offers PTO, dental and vision insurance, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where our team members feel supported both personally and professionally. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and built on strong communication. I'm looking for someone who shows up with a great attitude, enjoys working with people, and communicates well. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris D'Amico - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:
