Medina Meadows is seeking a dedicated Internal Admissions Coordinator/Receptionist to support our admissions process while handling some front desk responsibilities. Our facility is small and welcoming , making it an ideal place to build meaningful connections with residents and staff. What You’ll Do:

• Guide new residents and their families through the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition

• Assist residents in getting acclimated to the facility, providing tours, answering questions, and coordinating with various departments

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for admissions

• Work closely with nursing, social services, and other teams to support resident onboarding

• Handle some receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
