The role will focus heavily on data migration, data governance, Power BI reporting, Power Apps development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and autonomy are more important than deep technical expertise.Responsibilities:Lead and support enterprise data management initiativesCoordinate data migration efforts across SharePoint, file shares, and local lab systemsEnsure data is properly labeled and compliant with governance policiesPrepare data for future AI and analytics initiativesDevelop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BIBuild and improve business applications using Power AppsGather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into solutionsDeliver end-user training and promote digital tool adoptionDrive process improvements and identify efficiency opportunities
