Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is looking for an accomplished Parts Advisor to join our busy and award-winning Parts Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected brand while building a rewarding career with Lithia Motors.

Position: Parts Advisor

Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K-$60K depending on performance.

Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm.

This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Parts Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will help provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department
• Process orders and ensure seamless delivery
• Build relationships with customers and vendors
• Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment
• 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience is ideal)
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to grow within the company
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000-$60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
