General Surgery Practice is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join an existing small general surgery practice.

This practice is committed to providing Endoscopy, Colonoscopies, hernias, gall bladders and other general surgery cases
Hospital has 25 beds and brand-new primary care practice opening September 2021.
Currently have 2 FM and 1 NP. Planning to grow practice.

Opportunity to collaborate with subspecialty surgeons

Outpatient and Inpatient Practice
Call 1:4 weekends. Primarily phone call.
50%-60% endoscopy related care
Teaching opportunities

Salary and Benefits:

Excellent compensation, bonus, and benefits package - including malpractice insurance coverage
Minimum 6-weeks time off per year

About the community:

The city is located just 40 minutes southwest of Duluth, MN, 1150 acre lake and is located near Bemidji, Blackduck and Cass Lake and surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest. It is in a prime lake & recreation area! (Hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV, etc.)
