Lead GenAI Engineer

W2 Contract to Hire - MUST be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now OR in the future.DescriptionThis team is the enablement pillar. They do the initial prototyping and POC's before passing it along to his peer that actually moves it into production. These candidates need experience creating POC's. Cybersecurity is essentially their "customer" as different groups are coming to them with use cases and they are doing the POC's to see what they should move to production.JD:Candidates need to have solid GenAI experience, understanding of entire SLDC, azure or GCP, containerization, docker, service orchestration and testing, java and python, specialty software.Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains. Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications. Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions. Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements. Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications. Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements. Assist other individuals in advanced software development. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Can sit Hybrid in Minneapolis, Dallas, Charlotte, Iselin, or Columbus,Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
