Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in Lees Summit, MO. The position offers a guaranteed 48 hours with an option for additional shifts. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 13
• Number of Staff: 40
• Patient Ratios: 1:3/1:4 scheduled, may expand as needed
• Type of Equipment: GE Monitors
• EMR System: Meditech

Staffing Details

• Day Shift: Variable by day with 3 nurses scheduled from 7 AM
• Night Shift: 3 nurses scheduled from 7 PM, with possible midshift staff as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Recent Emergency Room experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC certifications
• Charge experience is required for the Charge Role

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with typical emergency procedures in a non-trauma center setting

• Dress Code: Charcoal scrubs
• Weekends/On-call: These are weeknight positions, with the possibility of being pulled into weekend night shifts as necessary
