Compensation & Miles Brady drivers enjoy predictable earnings and real miles every week. Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$2,300 Weekly Miles: 2,800–3,500 (paid on actual miles) Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Home Time: 3 weeks out, 1 week home Fuel Network: EFS card with preferred fueling at Love's Freight Type: Primarily pneumatic trailers, liquid tanks, and vac trailers You'll run steady freight with a dispatch team that keeps you moving and supports you around the clock. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day transportation, logistics, and vehicle maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position, takes pride in keeping equipment and spaces running efficiently, and can manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on safety and service. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled pickups, deliveries, and other transportation assignments. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely movement of materials, equipment, and supplies. Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after use, documenting issues and reporting maintenance needs promptly. Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles, tools, and facility equipment as assigned. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance logs, inventory, and delivery documentation. Assist with loading and unloading materials while following proper safety procedures. Support warehouse, yard, or facility operations as needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining clean work areas. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations. Follow all applicable safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record, as required by the role. CLASS A CDL REQUIRED Experience in driving, delivery, logistics, maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on operational environment. Ability to perform basic mechanical and maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as needed, consistent with job requirements. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer or mobile device skills for completing records and communication tasks. Preferred Qualifications Commercial driving experience or additional licensing, if applicable. Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, or fleet support. Familiarity with logistics software, routing tools, or inventory systems.
