Sonographer (PRN)

Position Details Job Type: PRN Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound) – Location: Memorial East Shiloh (Shiloh, IL) Schedule: PRN rotating shifts, including weekends; paid on-call requirements. Requirements Associate degree or trade school equivalency (or higher level of education) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Experience Previous experience in general ultrasound; breast ultrasound experience is preferred, but not required. Good fit for upcoming graduating sonography students, radiology students, registered sonographer, diagnostic medical sonographer, ultrasound technician, ultrasound technologist. Responsibilities Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment. Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures. Performs studies independently; may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by the work area. Minimum Requirements Education: Associate degree or trade school equivalency. Experience: None. Supervisor Experience: None. Licenses & Certifications: RDMS or equivalent. Preferred Requirements Experience: less than 2 years. Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), RDCS or equivalent.
