Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, executive-level program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of guiding project managers, absorbing complex information, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
Job Description: Senior Technical Program Manager / Telecom Domain. (Very Senior position reporting to VP levels - so budgeting, large scale program experience, independent driving capability is pivotal)
Location: Maryland Heights, Missouri (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 remote)
Employment Type: Contract
- Lead a team of project managers to drive a large-scale technical program.
- Manage executive-level communications and stakeholder reporting.
- Work to maintain or accelerate project delivery timelines.
- Simplify business processes and lower operational overhead through automation.
- Guide and mentor a team of project managers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Project and Jira is required. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing offshore project managers.
- A technical background in software development or related fields.
- Experience with AI-related projects or technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ITIL certifications are preferred but not required
