Healthcare IB VP: Lead M&A Deals, Path to Director/MD

They’re looking for a VP who wants to run deals, not sit behind them, with a clear path to Director. What you’ll actually do
- Lead sell-side healthcare M&A transactions end-to-end
- Act as the day-to-day client lead on live deals
- Mentor Associates and Analysts
- Work directly with the MD on healthcare growth strategy
- 5+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Experience leading processes + managing junior bankers
- Strong execution + client communication skills
- Dedicated BD hire focused solely on healthcare
- Real path to Director / MD
- Quarterly uncapped bonus structure
- Not working 70-80+ hour weeks
