Aleut Federal, LLC Intern Job Category: Legal Requisition Number: INTER003934 Schedule: Part Time Location: , , Contracts Intern Job Description & Complexity The Contracts Department is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Intern to support the accurate and timely processing of contract-related information. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of contract data and supporting efficient departmental operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Essential Job Functions Accurately enter, update, and maintain contract data in internal systems. Review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to data entry. Organize and maintain digital and physical contract records to ensure information is readily accessible. Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies and support compliance. Collaborate with Contracts Department team members to research and resolve data discrepancies. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive contract and company information. Perform other administrative and contract-related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain focus and productivity when performing repetitive or detail-oriented tasks. Preferred Qualifications Current college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field . Familiarity with basic contract concepts or demonstrated willingness to learn.Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, document management, or similar activities. Job Expectations Work schedule of up to 35 hours per week, with flexibility based on department needs. Compensation range of $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Maintain consistent accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity in a deadline-driven environment. Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent communication with team members. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities. Handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
