What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care while helping grow and enhance our pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications
- Provide personalized patient counseling and medication education
- Deliver immunizations and other clinical pharmacy services
- Support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and patient wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all California Board of Pharmacy regulations and company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and expand pharmacy services
- Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active California Pharmacist License in good standing
- Immunization Certification
- Experience with prescription processing, verification, and dispensing
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug therapy
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical pharmacy services
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience
- Immunization administration experience
- Strong medication safety and quality assurance background
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for community healthcare and patient advocacy
