Wingate, located in Bossier City, LA, is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our business. If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests and clients feel valued and appreciated. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments.
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Maintaining an organized and professional front desk area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and polished appearance with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
