Remote Talent Acquisition Associate

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate (High Volume Recruitment). Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume, non-exempt roles Coordinate the conversion of temporary employees to regular status and assist with internal transfers and promotions Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Required Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing and applicant tracking Proficiency with applicant tracking systems Experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms is preferred
