Senior Agile Scrum Master

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Agile Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for complex technology initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution while removing impediments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage Agile metrics using JIRA to track progress and identify risks and dependencies Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with significant experience as a Scrum Master Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence, including dashboards and Agile boards Demonstrated experience supporting technical software development teams and coordinating UAT activities Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Virtual Vocations Inc
