Caregiver Responsibilities Comprehensive daily care: personal care, hygiene, cognitive support, and overall wellness. Homemaking support: light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, hydration, and nutrition support. Transfer assistance: training provided for gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts. Reliable transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Medication reminders: helping clients manage their medication schedules safely. Exercise & mobility support: daily movement assistance and physical‑activity encouragement. Companionship: building trusted relationships through conversation and presence. Monitoring & reporting: communicating changes in client well‑being to appropriate supervisors, families, and care teams. Caregiver Benefits 401(k) with 4% employer match. Paid vacation time. Possess a valid driver’s licence and auto insurance. Pass a background, motor‑vehicle, CAPS and reference check. Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds. Must receive a flu shot annually. Caregiver Qualifications Care‑giving experience preferred, however no experience is required as we provide all necessary training. Compassionate, dependable and ready to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to problem‑solve during difficult situations.
